Reinstate Your Driving Privileges

Get Back on the Road Legally

The ability to drive is a privilege, not a right, and that privilege is subject to suspension for many reasons. Some may result from a single traffic violation. Some are due to accumulating too many points on your state driving record. Some arise from procedural technicalities like refusing a field sobriety test.

Whatever your situation, if you face license suspension, our top priority is protecting your driving privileges. If your license has been suspended, our top priority at the Lord Law Firm, LLC, is getting your license reinstated as soon as possible.

Call (866) 603-6656 or (803) 932-6126 or send an e-mail to discuss your case in a free initial consultation.

Protecting Your License

If you are facing a DUI charge, time is of the essence. You have only 30 days to schedule a hearing at the Department of Motor Vehicles to challenge the suspension of your license. We are thoroughly knowledgeable about the different procedures, filings and schedules required by the court and the DMV in these matters.

I have helped hundreds of clients with:

  • Getting their license reinstated
  • Avoiding high fines
  • Avoiding jail time
  • Preventing excessively high insurance premiums
  • Obtaining a provisional license

I know what kind of defense strategies to employ to protect your driving privileges. Contact me immediately if you are facing charges that may threaten your driving privileges. The sooner I can begin investigating your case, the better chance I have of protecting your driver's license while I develop a strong, aggressive defense on your behalf.

Getting Your License Reinstated

If your driving privileges have already been suspended, an attorney can apprise you of your options still available. I understand the procedures and requirements for getting your license reinstated.

Depending on your case, we may be able to get your driving privileges completely restored. At the very least, I can argue for a restricted license that will get you back on the road for work, school and family needs.
